New Creative ZEN MP3 players are on display this week at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas in the Creative exhibit #30642 in the South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.

The 2GB models of the Creative ZEN Stone and Creative ZEN Stone Plus with Built-in Speaker can carry up to 500 MP3 or WMA songs*, and the players also support Audible files, ideal for listening to audio books in the car or with family. The Creative ZEN Stone Plus with Built-in Speaker also supports AAC files, including unprotected iTunes. Available in elegant matte metallic black, dark blue, pink or champagne colours, the new Creative ZEN players feature a smooth, contoured design for a natural, comfortable fit in the hand. A translucent silicon skin with a clip is included in the box, and a sporty armband and ultra-portable keychain with a tiny case that carries the player are available separately.

It is the only iPod dock that upconverts your video up to 1080i resolution and your music to X-Fi® Xtreme Fidelity™. The Creative Xdock HD plays video on an HDTV in full DTS surround sound and it can also wirelessly play music through Creative X-Fi Wireless Receivers connected to speakers throughout the home. The Creative Xdock HD is designed for use with the iPod Touch, iPhone, iPod Classic, the new iPod Nano and previous-generation iPods.

Creative's award-winning X-Fi Xtreme Fidelity is produced with X-Fi Crystalizer and X-Fi CMSS-3D technologies. The X-Fi Crystalizer makes MP3s sound better than CDs by analysing and identifying which parts of the audio stream have been truncated or damaged during compression. It then intelligently and selectively restores the highs and lows from instruments and vocals that are lost during the compression of MP3s. The X-Fi CMSS-3D creates virtual surround sound through speakers or headphones. It expands audio for superior headphone listening so music completely surrounds the listener.

In addition to connecting directly to your home theatre system, the Creative Xdock HD can wirelessly distribute music throughout your home to Creative X-Fi Wireless Receivers up to 100 feet away without requiring a wireless network. There are two different modes you can select for wireless distribution of music in your home: broadcast to all receivers simultaneously or select individual zones.
