Intel is preparing to sample a 90-nm 128-Mbit phase change memory to customers in the first half of 2007. Mass production could begin before the end of 2007. The 128-Mbit had demonstrated ... wait... that's not what we're talking about!

It could be very pleasant to see ultra high frequencies.

As boblemagnifique said, I had problems below -15°C with LNē. I did 717MHz 4-5-5-15 max screen with 2x512Mb GEIL PC8500

I think thats whats insulation is for phase change and LN2 usually people cover up their motherboard with insulation first IIRC

I've wondered how jmax_oc and you guys manage to get only -15C with LN2? What do you use to stop the thermal transfer?

But Jmax_oc have to test on Geil PC 8500 (D9GCT) under LN2 and we have anything to gain in lower part of -15° (I was with him and TEAM OCM) but 716Mhz 4/5/5 at 3.2v (2x512)

I would test soon my Cell Shock PC 8000 C4 on LN2 (534Mhz 3/3/3/8 on air At 3.5v) if she didnt die at this time
