Phase Change RAMs
Intel is preparing to sample a 90-nm 128-Mbit phase change memory to customers in the first half of 2007. Mass production could begin before the end of 2007. The 128-Mbit had demonstrated ... wait... that's not what we're talking about!

| Hello, Do you make some tests with phase change on sticks ? It could be very pleasant to see ultra high frequencies. As boblemagnifique said, I had problems below -15°C with LNē. I did 717MHz 4-5-5-15 max screen with 2x512Mb GEIL PC8500 |

I've wondered how jmax_oc and you guys manage to get only -15C with LN2? What do you use to stop the thermal transfer? (sorry for the OT Shamino ) |

Great News Memories , Memories : http://forums.vr-zone.com/showthread...&highlight=BH5 But Jmax_oc have to test on Geil PC 8500 (D9GCT) under LN2 and we have anything to gain in lower part of -15° (I was with him and TEAM OCM) but 716Mhz 4/5/5 at 3.2v (2x512) I would test soon my Cell Shock PC 8000 C4 on LN2 (534Mhz 3/3/3/8 on air At 3.5v) if she didnt die at this time ![]() |
